Should you sell your home?
There is a lot of talk about the housing market. Housing price growth is down from the past few months but the percentage of growth from last year is still up. A normal level of housing appreciation is 3-4%, we are currently at a 10% appreciation from last year. While we are no longer in a housing market of 20% pricing growth which happened in 2021-2022, we are in a 10% growth from last year which is still greater than a normal level of 3-4%. Most likely your home still gained equity while housing prices climbed dramatically in 2021/2022.
So if you are wondering, is it a good time to sell? The answer is yes! You do need the right strategy and stand out from the rest!
