This past week buyer activity went up by 6.6%

Buyers are coming back into the market from the sidelines, some to capitalize on the declining interest rates!

New homes listed are up 2.2%. The average list price to the actual sold price is down but with more buyers coming back into the market this will go up again. #realestatelife#realestatemarket
